Return & Exchange

Courageous Faith Apparel has a 100% satisfaction guarantee and free-returns policy. That means you will receive a FREE replacement if you're not completely satisfied with the order.
The Shoes must be sent back to us within 30 days after receiving the package in pristine, unworn condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
Contact CFA to request an exchange and confirm the shipping address. A delivery company will then collect your package with no hassles or cost to you.

To complete your return, please email Support@cfapparel.com with the subject line "Order Number: [Your Order Number] - Exchange." In the body of the email, explain the reason for the exchange also confirming your shipping address. If the exchange is due to size, please include your updated size in the email. Another option is to reach out to us on our Contact Us Page with same instructions above. We will respond with a return label for you to print and use for shipping the item back to our facility.

Please note: It will take the same amount of time to receive your exchange, which is 14 business days from when we place your new order. We will initiate the new order once we have received, inspected, and approved your return. You will receive a confirmation regarding the return and new order confirmation. Additionally, you will be updated when production is nearly complete, when your order is shipped with the tracking number, and when your order is delivered.
