What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I don't see the product page to make a purchase?
  • On Sept 10th, 2024, at 10:00 AM Est, the product page on the website will open for 72 hours.
  • The website will then be temporarily closed and locked on September 13th, 2024, at 10:00 AM Est to begin processing orders.
  • Due to the anticipated high volume of orders, please allow a few business days to receive an email confirming that your luxury sneaker order has been processed and is moving into production.
What size range do you provide?
  • We provide US (6-13), UK (3.5-12.5) and EU (36-46) standard sizes.
  • If you like a little extra room in your shoes, we suggest to order a half-size up.
  • Extended sizes are available on most of the sneaker bases: US (13.5-17.5), UK (13-17) and EU (47-51).
How long does it take the shoes to produce?
  • It takes 5 to 7 business days to produce and ship your purchased sneaker(s).
How does shipping work?
  • Your sneakers will be shipped internationally via UPS, DHL, and FedEx Express.
  • We will provide you with your tracking details through email.
  • Deliveries take between 2-3 business days to receive. Shipments to the EU, UK, CAN and USA are free of charge. Please take note packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
  • In totality: You will receive your sneakers within 14 business days from the purchase date.
  • (Note: Custom taxes may apply for all non-US shipments. Depending on the country, these normally range between 3 to 10 percent of the total purchase value and are due upon receipt of the product).
How do I contact you to inquire about my order?
  • You can send us an email to Support@cfapparel.com.
  • Please allow 24-48 business days for us to respond to your request.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Due to the anticipated high volume of orders, please allow a few business days to receive an email confirming that your luxury sneaker order has been processed and is moving into production. You will also receive updates when production is almost complete, when the order is shipped with your tracking number, and lastly when you order is delivered. 
What if the size is incorrect or the items are damaged?
  • We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and free-returns policy. That means you will receive a FREE replacement if you're not completely satisfied with the order.
  • The Shoes must be sent back to us within 30 days after receiving the package in pristine, unworn condition to qualify for a replacement.
  • Contact us to request an exchange and confirm the shipping address. A delivery company will then collect your package with no hassles or cost to you.
