• We provide US (6-13), UK (3.5-12.5) and EU (36-46) standard sizes.
• If you like a little extra room in your shoes, we suggest to order a half-size up.

• It takes 6 to 12 business days to produce and ship your purchased sneaker(s).
• Free Merch: Select your merchandise for FREE at checkout, and it will be shipped separately. Expect delivery within 6 to 12 business days as well.

• Your sneakers will be shipped internationally via UPS, DHL, and FedEx Express.
• We will provide you with your tracking details through email.
• Deliveries take between 2-3 business days to receive in the US and 3-8 business days to receive in other countries. Shipments to the USA, CAN, EU, and UK are free of charge. Please take note packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
• In totality: You will receive your sneakers 3-4 weeks from the order processed date.
• (Note: Custom taxes may apply for all non-US shipments. Depending on the country, these normally range between 3 to 10 percent of the total purchase value and are due upon receipt of the product).
• Free Merch: Select your merchandise for FREE at checkout, and it will be shipped separately. Expect delivery within 6 to 12 business days, and you'll receive separate tracking details via email. • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Due to the anticipated high volume of orders, please allow a few business days to receive an email confirming that your luxury sneaker order has been processed and is moving into production. You will also receive updates when production is almost complete, when the order is shipped with your tracking number, and lastly when you order is delivered. 

• We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and free-returns policy. That means you will receive a FREE replacement if you're not completely satisfied with the order.
• The Shoes must be sent back to us within 30 days after receiving the package in pristine, unworn condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
• Contact us to request an exchange and confirm the shipping address at Support@cfapparel.com. A delivery company will then collect your package with no hassles or cost to you.

• Clean Regularly: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away dust and dirt. For tougher stains, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
• Avoid Excess Moisture: Keep your sneakers dry and avoid getting them wet. If they do get damp, let them air dry naturally away from direct heat.
• Store Properly: Keep them in a cool, dry place. Use dust bags or shoe boxes to protect the metallic finish from scratches and dust.
• Protect the Finish: Apply a protective spray designed for metallic surfaces to maintain the shine and prevent tarnishing.
• Handle with Care: Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces and chemicals that can damage the metallic coating.
